Heating treatment technology has already switched from convection heating to micro wave radiation (Dielectric Heating).  The heating process formed from kinetic change of water (H2O), protein or the fat of object which get radiated by micro wave.  Presently, the machine has been tested and ready to be collaborated by Balai Uji Terap Teknik and Metoda Karantina Pertanian (BUTTMKP) Departemen Pertanian.
